Conducting independent reviews of Area branches on alternate monthly basis in coordination with ROM/Compliance department.
Motivate and coach employees to meet requirements of policy, SBP regulations, and to implement better controls.
Recruit and hire good quality staff i.e. customer services managers and customer services officers.
Ensure efficient control over transactions including but not limited to cash, clearing, remittances, utility bills, internal transfer & other services such as ATM up time, ATM transactions, bio transactions & service quality standards.
Facilitate Internal, External and SBP Auditors during their Inspection. Furthermore, ensure all exceptions are rectified within the stipulated time period.
Help out area manager in area activities as needed and maintain comprehensive current knowledge of operations.
